SMS Terms.

Groundskeeper texting is run by Ezra Freedman, a sole proprietor doing business as Groundskeeper.

• Who can use it. Clients whose websites we keep. We register a client's mobile number only after they agree, at handover, to receive texts about edits to their own website.
• How you opt in. At handover we read you this, and we register your number only after you say yes: “Groundskeeper lets you update your website by text. With your OK, we'll register this mobile number and text it only about changes you send us: a preview link, a question, or a confirmation when a change is live. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. By saying yes, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at groundskeeper.co/terms and groundskeeper.co/privacy. Do you agree, and is it OK to text this number?” After a yes we confirm it out loud, “Thanks, you’re enrolled,” and text you: “Groundskeeper: You’re set up to update your website by text. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
• Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
• What we send. Replies to changes you text us: a preview link, a question if something is unclear, and a confirmation when a change is live. No marketing, ever.
• How often. Message frequency varies with how often you text us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stopping. Reply STOP to stop all texts. Reply START to begin again.
• Help. Reply HELP, or email hello@groundskeeper.co.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
