Privacy Policy
We count visits. We don't know who you are.
This website.
- No cookies. Nothing is stored on your device.
- We count pages, not people. We can see that a page was viewed. We cannot tell one visit from another, and we could not identify you if we wanted to.
- Nothing follows you. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no profile of you anywhere.
- What we keep. If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply to it. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.
- Deletion. Ask us and we delete your message and anything attached to it.
Text messages.
Groundskeeper texting is run by Ezra Freedman, a sole proprietor doing business as Groundskeeper. Clients whose websites we keep can text us changes to their own site.
- What we collect. The mobile number a client gives us at handover, the date they agreed to receive texts, and the texts and photos they send us.
- How we use it. Only to make the website change asked for and to reply about it: a preview link, a question, or a confirmation. The request is read by software that drafts the change, and nothing goes live until the client replies publish.
- Who else handles it. Twilio delivers the messages, and our AI provider drafts the change. Both handle it only on our behalf and never for their own purposes.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Stopping. Reply STOP at any time and we send nothing more. Ask us and we delete your number and your messages.
The terms for texting are in our Terms of Service. Questions: hello@groundskeeper.co
The owner portal and app.
Clients sign in at app.groundskeeper.co, or in the Groundskeeper app for iPhone and Android, to see their site and send changes to it.
- What we collect. The mobile number you sign in with, your email address, and the messages and photos you send us, including ones you share into the app from another app.
- How we use it. Your number signs you in: we text it a code, which Twilio delivers. Your messages and photos are used only to make the change you ask for, exactly as a text would be.
- Your email. We use it to reach you about your site and to send the occasional Groundskeeper newsletter. Turn the newsletter off in Account at any time. We do not sell your email or share it.
- On your device. A cookie keeps you signed in. If you allow notifications, the app gives us an address for your phone so we can tell you when a preview is ready. Signing out removes it.
- Who else handles it. Apple or Google delivers each notification, and our AI provider drafts the change. They handle it only on our behalf and never for their own purposes.
- Nothing follows you. The portal and the app have no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
- Deletion. Ask us and we delete your account: your number, your email, your messages, and every device signed in to it.
